DALMATIAN
DALMATIAN (Dependable Algorithm for Matrix Image Analysis) is a method for counting cell nuclei in three-dimensional samples. The method is optimized for the analysis of nucleotide labels, that is, cases when the staining is unevenly distributed inside the nuclei. The method was developed jointly with A. Koulakov's group (CSHL)
CORGI
CORGI (Customizable Object Registration for Groups of Images) is a method of fitting three-dimensional brain samples into each other or into a three-dimensional atlas. The method is optimized for working with the developing brain when changes affect not only the internal structure but also the external boundaries of the sample. The method also allows comparison of samples and their mutual transformation - the so-called "morphing". The method was created together with A. Koulakov's group (CSHL)
